Bugatti prepares Veyron SuperSport with 1200 HP

A few weeks ago we reported that Bugatti was preparing a new model that would develop around 1200 HP. Well, we were somewhat wrong. Apparently, the model that will be delivering that killer horsepower is not a new model, but a more powerful version of the current Veyron. It will be called the Supersport and will rev the horsepower race to a whole new level.


With a total output of 1200 HP and a weight reduction of 300 kilos, the new Veyron Supersport will make the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 2.2 seconds and will be able to hit a top speed of 264 mph.

There will only be 30 units built and, as you might have guessed, it will cost more than the Bugatti Veyron. Its official debut is expected to be made in September at the Paris Auto Show. So after that, expect 30 very fast cars to be parading their way quickly around our streets
